A hidden Georgian walled garden retreat in North Wales, the perfect short break to relax, reconnect and renew.

The walled garden is ours — lovingly designed and planted by hosts Tom and Jenny, who live on-site in the 18th-century former laundry that gives this place its name.

Just a short drive from Chester, Wrexham, Liverpool and Manchester, our two beautifully crafted roundhouses make the ideal spontaneous weekend away, tucked inside three acres of garden that have been eighteen years in the making.

Designed for relaxed luxury and adults only, it’s equally suited to a romantic escape or simply time away to unplug and recharge.

Gardening and gardens are increasingly recognized as key to a mindful and centered self, and here you get to live inside one, if only for a few days.
