The Laundry Terms & Conditions | Bed & Breakfast

  • Minimum booking of 2 nights usually on Friday and Saturday nights … Sometimes there are exceptions, so please give us a ring if you’re looking for a one night stay.
  • We have only 1 bedroom, a double. 2019 Double Room with double occupancy rate is £90.00 per room per night. These prices do not include breakfast, which we can provide for £10 per person (generous continental breakfast, not cooked).
  • Check-in between 15:00 – 22. 00.  We offer a complimentary cream tea between 15:00 and 17:00 on the afternoon of your arrival.
  • Check-out by 10:00 on morning of departure
  • Reservations are essential, as we do not accept callers at the door.
  • Apologies, but owing to potential for guest allergies, we do not allow dogs or other pets on the premises.
  • The accommodation and grounds are not suitable or safe for small children. The maximum occupancy per room is for 2 people, with the minimum occupant age per room being 16 years old.
  • The Laundry is non-smoking in the house and in the grounds.
  • We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys / will incur a replacement charge per key.

We are listed with Booking.com,however, You have told us that when enquiring, you prefer to have a friendly conversation with us on the telephone, rather than make an online booking which can be quite impersonal. So if you would rather, please phone us between 08:30 and 21:30. We’ll ask you for a deposit of one night’s accommodation rate per booked room, which we will take on your Debit or Credit card at the time of reservation. We then email a Confirmation of Booking to you. This one-night deposit is set against your final bill at the end of your stay. It is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the start of your booking, after which time it is non-refundable. Please note that without this deposit your booking is not secure, and the room may be offered to another guest. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.
  • We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 16 who stay with us, this includes full names and nationality, and/or passport numbers, place of issue, details of next destination if they are non-British, Irish or Commonwealth guests. This is in accordance with the (Immigration (Hotel records) Order 1972). These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

  • Minimum booking of 3 nights. Changeover usually on Friday and Monday … Sometimes there are exceptions, so please give us a ring if you’re looking for a bespoke stay.
  • We currently have one roundhouse, with a double bed. 2019 Double Room with double occupancy rate is variable depending on season. Check-in between 15:00 – 20.00.

We cannot guarantee the accommodation prior to this, however we do have provision to drop off bags until your roundhouse is available.  We offer a complimentary cream tea between 15:00 and 17:00 on the afternoon of your arrival.
